The Princeton Review has recognized Union University as one of the best colleges and universities in the Southeast on its website’s “2014 Best Colleges: Region by Region” feature.
Union is featured as “an institution of higher learning grounded in a Christian world and life view.”
The publication recognized 138 institutions in 12 states in its “Best of the Southeast” list.
Colleges and universities are selected based on general statistics such as graduation rates, majors offered and faculty-to-student ratio.
Union’s profile on publication’s website includes valuable information for prospective students.
One such tidbit: 80 percent of Union’s graduates are either enrolled in postgraduate programs or employed, often by Fortune 500 companies, within three months.
“To be included once again among the prestigious list of institutions identified as the ‘Best in the Southeast’ by The Princeton Review speaks volumes about the quality of Union’s faculty, staff and academic programs,” said Union President David Dockery. “I congratulate the entire Union community on this special recognition.”
